Corporate & Portfolio Domain Services Schedule
This schedule applies when you order corporate domain management, portfolio services, bulk registration or brand-protection features described in a corporate proposal or enterprise order form. It supplements our Domain Registration Agreement.

Scope
Corporate and portfolio services are intended for organisations managing multiple domains, defensive registrations or coordinated brand namespaces. Unless a separate master services agreement says otherwise, this schedule sits under our Terms and Conditions of Service.
Portfolio management
- We may provide consolidated billing, renewal reporting, delegated access and approval workflows where included in your plan.
- You must designate authorised contacts for legal notices, WHOIS accuracy and transfer approvals.
- Bulk operations are subject to registry rate limits and processing windows outside our control.
- Defensive or blocking registrations do not guarantee that third parties will not register similar names in other extensions.
Compliance and registry policies
Corporate portfolios remain subject to registry rules, including Nominet Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration (opens in a new tab) for UK namespaces and ICANN policies for applicable gTLDs. You must respond promptly to registry verification, trademark claims or dispute notices.
Account management
Dedicated account management or SLA enhancements, where purchased, are described in your order documents. Contract questions should be sent to legal@websitesservers.co.uk.
