DNS Management Service Schedule

This schedule applies when we host authoritative DNS for your domain on our platform, whether included with domain registration or ordered separately. Premium DNS and DNS security add-ons are governed by their own schedules where you purchase them.

Scope

This schedule supplements our Terms and Conditions of Service and Domain Registration Agreement where DNS is bundled with a domain.

What we provide

  • Authoritative DNS hosting for supported record types published in your control panel.
  • Reasonable query capacity for normal business website and mail traffic on standard plans.
  • Propagation through our published nameserver infrastructure and any anycast or redundancy features described at order.
  • Change history or audit features where enabled for your account.

Your responsibilities

  • Configure correct records for your website, mail and third-party services.
  • Lower TTLs before planned migrations where you control the prior DNS host.
  • Do not use DNS for unlawful redirection, phishing, malware distribution or DDoS amplification.
  • Point your domain to our nameservers at the registrar when using our DNS for a domain registered elsewhere.

Availability and limits

DNS is a distributed system. Propagation times depend on TTLs, caching resolvers and third-party networks outside our control. We do not guarantee instantaneous global propagation after a change.

Questions should be sent to support@websitesservers.co.uk or legal@websitesservers.co.uk for contractual matters.
