SSL & TLS Certificate Service Schedule

This schedule supplements our Terms and Conditions of Service. Certificates are issued by certificate authorities under their subscriber agreements. By ordering a certificate you agree to those subscriber terms as made available at order.

• Domain-validated certificates confirm control of the domain. Organisation-validated or extended validation products require additional business checks.
• Issuance depends on successful validation. We are not liable if validation fails because DNS is incorrect, contact details are wrong or the domain is not reachable.
• Certificates are issued for a fixed term. Renewal requires re-validation before expiry.
• We may automate renewal and installation where your hosting plan and DNS configuration support it.

You must use certificates only for the domains named in the certificate, protect private keys, and revoke a certificate promptly if a key is compromised. You must not misrepresent your identity in validation requests.

Certificate warranties and liability caps are defined by the issuing certificate authority. We provide the ordering and installation service only and do not extend the CA's warranties beyond what they publish.
