Trademark Clearinghouse Service Schedule

TMCH services help trademark holders participate in sunrise or claims phases for new extensions. This schedule supplements our Domain Registration Agreement and Corporate & Portfolio Domain Services Schedule where applicable.

• TMCH validation is performed by approved clearinghouse providers. We facilitate submission but do not guarantee approval of your trademark record.
• Sunrise registration is competitive and time-limited. Availability is not guaranteed even with a valid TMCH record.
• Registry launch policies, pricing and eligibility rules are set by the registry operator and may change without notice.
• Fees for TMCH validation, sunrise applications and premium sunrise domains are generally non-refundable once submitted.

We are not liable if a sunrise application fails, if a third party registers a similar name in another extension, or if registry systems reject a submission. Disputes after launch are handled under applicable domain dispute policies.
